Have a Client moving to the Interior?

Prior to moving to the Okanagan a number of years back, I sold Real Estate in the Fraser Valley for over 17 years. I often referred many clients to Realtors in communities throughout the Kelowna/Vernon area.  Even with excellent client service, there was almost always the one huge lacking component with a deal that would otherwise be considered smooth, and that was communication!  I would have to constantly chase the Realtor or my clients for updates if I needed or wanted them... never feeling informed or in the loop.

Your clients will be in experienced hands and be taken care of extremely well with top-tier service, and you will always be keep up to speed with regular updates & when milestones are achieved... so you are not kept in the dark and have no idea what is happening,  like so many referring Agents are!
